As HVAC Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage technicians, and ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards.
Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of HVAC service technicians to ensure efficient operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of heating and cooling systems.
- Provide technical guidance on schematics and system layouts to assist technicians in troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all service activities.
- Train new employees on best practices for HVAC systems and equipment repair.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed on equipment.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Experience:
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician or similar role with a strong mechanical aptitude.
- Familiarity with appliance repair techniques and troubleshooting methods for various HVAC systems.
- Experience in building, maintaining, and refrigerating systems is highly desirable.
- Proficient in reading schematics and technical manuals related to HVAC equipment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team of technicians.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
