Now hiring: HVAC Apprentice
Kickstart your career in the HVAC industry with hands-on training and real-world experience! As an HVAC Apprentice, you’ll work alongside experienced technicians and installers, learning the trade from the ground up and building valuable technical and professional skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist HVAC technicians and installers with service and installation of residential and commercial systems.
- Help with loading/unloading tools, equipment, and materials.
- Perform basic tasks such as cleaning and organizing job sites, running parts, and supporting job set-up.
- Learn trade skills including equipment troubleshooting, ductwork, refrigerant handling, and safety procedures.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Attend on-the-job and classroom training as required.
Requirements:
- Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various indoor/outdoor conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Previous construction or mechanical experience a plus, but not required.
- 1 year experience as an HVAC apprentice.
